Camp Zambezi is a true bush camp without any electricity, no permanent structures, no plumbing or any other modern convenience and yet the camp is extremely comfortable with every need taken care of. A truly eco-friendly set-up, it is designed to be taken up and put down within a few hours leaving no trace of its presence in Mana Pools National Park and everything is recycled or taken out of the park - this is the real deal!

What is the best time of year to go?
From 15th April to 15th November (dry season)
For tiger fishing, optimum period is Sept/October when the fish are on the bite!
How to get there
By private air charter or by road transfer from Kariba or Harare or Lusaka. Some clients choose to self drive to the Mana Pools gate where the vehicle is kept until the end of the safari.
Transfers are not included in the cost of the safari.
Tips and Notes
This camp is in an excellent position for fishing (fishing equipment is provided on request).
All prices include, camping equipment, the services of a professional guide, a full menu, and a bar of local drinks.
As there are so many activities available for you to decide there is no typical day and it is completely the client’s choice of what activities they would like to do, under the guidance of the professional guide who has experience in the area and knows the animal’s movements.
As with all our backed up options the campsite will be set up for you and you will not be required to help, all meals are prepared and served in camp by our friendly camp staff and should you require anything just ask either the professional guide or the camp manager who are only too willing to assist.
