Where is it?
The safari takes place in the Tuli Block which is on the south eastern border of Botswana. Just 530km from Johannesburg, this area is often visited separately to the rest of Botswana and more as an extension of a South African safari.
What is the best time of year to go?
As with many African safari destinations the best time for big game viewing is during the drier, winter months (July, August, and September). For bird watchers, November to March is without doubt the best period.
The champagne months of May and June are delightful; just before the main rush of tourists begins, with clear skies and lingering green bush, and fat, well-fed animals at the end of the rainy season.
How to get there
Transfers are done on a return transfer from Johannesburg International airport. The cost of these transfers is not included in the price of the safari, please check with us for the cost. If you'd like us to arrange your international flights and other connections, just let us know.
