Things to do…

Take a helicopter flight to an unspoilt island within a Marine National Park, pure white sand beaches, sparkling seas dotted with local dhows

The Archipelago is a National Marine Park, and the unspoilt waters offer some of the world’s finest diving and sea fishing. The fertile offshore waters are alive with tropical fish and the reefs are exceptionally healthy. The archipelago’s biggest draw for divers has to be the Two Mile Reef, dive here and you could have the water to yourself! Experienced divers could dive the Cabo San Sebastian – home to vast quantities of game fish only found by using GPS. You can view the fish from the boat before the dive.

Game fishing options

  • Marlin fishing is a big draw for anglers with the season running from September to April, peaking between October and December
  • Sailfish is most prolific from mid-May to mid-October
  • Wahoo peak between September and November
  • Yellow fin Tuna all year round
  • Giant Kingfish all year round
  • The year-round diversity and quantity of game fish makes this destination a fisherman’s dream come true!

Birdwatching

The area is a haven for twitchers with in excess of 150 species of birds. The shallow coastline is important for migrant bird species including swallows, waders, bee-eaters, cuckoo, fly catchers, robins and waders. The area also attracts inter-African migrants such as the Pygmy Kingfisher, just keep a keen eye and a pair of binocular to hand.
