Some things just never changed in Zimbabwe
Over the last two decades some things just never changed in Zimbabwe…
- Regular people have always been happy to “make a plan”.
- Have always brandished healthy can-do attitudes.
- Have always been ready with a warm smile too.
Through all the quiet years Zim guides and hosts could be found on the top-10 lists held by safari industry professionals and others in the know. They’re still there.
It’s why now is a good time to take a Zimbabwe safari
- Just remember that Victoria Falls is the new safari hub in southern Africa. The old haunts in Hwange, Matopos, Matusadona and Mana Pools are serious safari spots. Remember too that Zim is a year round destination, but try to get your timing right during our secret seasons or even during the rainy summer months.
- If Zimbabwe isn’t on the cards then give some thought to mainstream spots across east, southern or central Africa. Or explore a bit further into some of the remotest and least visited enclaves - where game conditions are good, guides are top notch and visitors are few and far between.
- Remember too that people make the difference on safari!
