Best time to go to Malawi

  • May to late October - drier winter months. Winter gets chilly high up on the northern Nyika Plateau but down on the shore of Lake Malawi you can expect warm, sunny and dry days - great beach weather

You're met on arrival at Blantyre Int. Airport, drive to Mkulumadzi (2.5 hrs) through colourful local villages, agriculture and bush. Riverside lunch on arrival, afternoon and night game drives.

Days 4-7 Cape Maclear Days 4-7 Cape Maclear

Transfer to Pumulani. Secenic drive through game area and villages (5 hrs) to Nankumba Peninsula of Lake Malawi established in order to protect the unique cichlid fish.

Day 8 - Departure Day 8 - Departure

You'll be transferred back to Lilongwe International Airport in time for your onward connection.
