Madison, Sunday 14 February:
Andy and Alex at the Organizer's stand - relaxing between announcements and the hussle and bustle of the Wisconsin Adventure Travel Show
Mid morning car park scene - full at that point as it remained for much of the day. The show had a steady stream of visitors through the whole of Sunday.
One of the stands remains empty on Sunday. "Hello, is there anybody out there?!"
A quiet period during lunch in the southern corner of the hall.
Craig with Greg Bair and his attractive assistant following our interview with the Solid Rock 94.1 JJO radio station. Greg, despite his prodigious vocal talents failed to do Craig's accent justice [there's general agreement that that's quite a big challenge]
The Rock Climbing Wall from Boulders Climbing Gym. One of the four Interactive Exhibits that attracted visitors over the weekend.
Andy and Doug Kammer during a break in the late afternoon with Don Hynek of the Madison Newspapers in the background.
The Active New Zealander vociferously insisting that it's our turn to buy lunch. By mutual agreement it was decided that the Zimbabweans had travelled further than the New Zealand contingent to attend the shows - see you in Chicago (no more pizzas please).
Last minute activity in the hall before we decide to pack up for the day.
Andy Kammer with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Chvala who drew contest winners at the prize giving. |
